Smarter Partners

At Cartika, we’re always looking at how we can make cloud infrastructure more effective. To this end, we’ve been adding a number of new partners who extend our – and your – capabilities. Andrew, our boss, has always said that he wants to work with people that are specialized, and smarter in their field than he is. We hope that means us! This same philosophy has permeated Cartika’s strategic partnering.

When we look at potential partners, we’re not only looking for experts in their field, but we’re also looking for how we can each be better – and provide more seamless service to you. If, for example, we can optimize infrastructure to accelerate results with their platform, that’s a great reason to partner.

Design and Digital Marketing

New partner Longevity Graphics is a great example of this. Longevity specializes in digital marketing, from website creation, through social media and search engine marketing. And what’s at the centre of digital marketing – a robust website. That’s where Cartika comes in. We structure a managed application platform with an optimized WordPress stack, around the specific needs of our joint client. We can ensure performance both of the website, and other mission critical platforms.

Development-Operations Services

Huru’s DevOps services take Cartika in another direction. According to Wikipedia, DevOps is: “a software engineering culture and practice that aims at unifying software development (Dev) and software operation (Ops).” This is a laudable goal, which can be complicated by the fact that operating and development environments are not the same. By providing co-stable platforms, Huru is able to augment the capabilities of in-house developers with code inspection and integration, and automating code quality controls.

Also in the wings right now, we’re looking to bolster cloud security with a partner who specializes in penetration testing. We’ll have more on that soon. In the meantime, check out the services offered by our newest partners Longevity Graphics and Huru.
